**All of our Smoked Meats are produced by Michaela Schaufler, a traditional butcher from Offenburg in the Beautiful Black Forest. She has been Producing the finest smoked Meats for over a decade following recipes handed down through generations of family butchers. She uses only Black Forest Spruce and Pine wood which is what gives the Meats the unmistakable Black Forest taste.**
