A Heavily Smoked Semi Dry Salami Sausage best eaten with a “Landbrot” (rustic farmhouse bread) and Butter. They are also incredibly nice if scored and put on the BBQ. The name means “Land Hunter” and they are traditionally eaten by Hunters out in the field. The sausage is smoked along side the famous Black Forest Ham in Pine Wood smoke.
